Corrections Policy
MsCEI Magazine commits to publishing accurate and reliable content. Our readers depend on us for precise information and inspiration in design. When errors occur, we correct them transparently and quickly to maintain trust.
Types of Corrections
We categorize corrections based on their nature. Minor fixes include typos, grammar errors, or broken links that do not change an article’s core meaning. Significant corrections address factual inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or misleading information. Retractions occur in rare cases where an article contains pervasive errors or ethical issues, requiring its complete removal.
How We Note Corrections
For minor fixes, we update the content without a formal note, unless the change is very small and isolated. For significant corrections, MsCEI Magazine adds a visible editor’s note to the article. This note will appear at the top or bottom of the updated content. It will explain what was changed and the date of the correction. If an article is retracted, we replace its content with a detailed retraction notice and explanation.
Reporting an Error
We value our readers’ help in maintaining accuracy. If you find an error in an MsCEI Magazine article, please notify us immediately. Send an email with “Correction Request” in the subject line to [email protected]. Include the article title, URL, and a description of the potential error. Provide any supporting evidence you have.
Reviewing Reported Errors
Our editorial team reviews all correction requests promptly. We aim to assess reported errors and respond to the sender within 48 hours on business days. Our team verifies the information and makes necessary corrections based on our editorial standards. The timeline for implementing corrections may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.
Transparency in Corrections
MsCEI Magazine believes in clear communication regarding our content. Each significant correction note remains permanently with the article. This ensures a transparent record of all changes made to our published design content. We maintain this history for the benefit of our readers.
